1. Returns
We gladly accept returns for items that are damaged or defective upon receipt. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@cakeloungemiami.com within 1 day of receiving the product. Please provide your order number and a description of the issue. Our team will guide you through the return process.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
3. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, please contact us at info@cakeloungemiami.com within 2 days of receiving the product.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods such as baked goods. We also do not accept returns on gift cards.
5. Shipping
To return your product, please mail it to 1245 SW 22nd St, Miami, FL 33145. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Cancellation Policy
