Alejandra Carnot
Alejandra’s love for cake-making was born in Rosario, Argentina when she was just a little girl. What began as a game with her mother Mirta, as she prepared delicious family recipes, would later turn into a true profession.
She studied Administration and Naval Economics at the Merchant Marine University. In 1998 she was in a serious car accident, which forced her to take a break from all activities for a while. However, it made her stronger and more determined to pursue her true passion.
Known for her intricate and elaborate creations, Alejandra spends hours experimenting with new textures, flavor combinations, and designs.
Some of her most extravagant works include cakes that spin inexplicably, emit smoke, change color with the light, and feature sculptures representing families and animals. She is also renowned for creating cakes with edible photographs, which are the favorites of some national and international celebrities.
Alejandra is very grateful for life because it allows her to do what she loves.Â
