1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, we ask that you do not use our site.
2. Authorized Use
You may only use this website for legitimate purchases. You may not use our website for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
3. User information
By making a purchase, you warrant that all information provided is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer.
4. Products and Prices
We strive to provide accurate information about prices and products descriptions. Our pricing is based on the numbers of servings and the complexity of the design. We always recommends having a few images for inspiration and a budge get you feel most comfortable with. We will always help guide you in the right direction. All custom orders require a 50% deposit to order to source your order on our calendar.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Estimated delivery dates are provided as a reference. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur after delivery.
6. Returns and Refunds
All order cancellation requests must be submitted a minimum of five business days prior to your scheduled pick up or delivery date. Custom order cancellations must be made within 30 days of the event date, 50% deposits are non-refundable. Once preparation, product ordering and baking has commenced, there are not refunds provided for cancellations or modifications.
Cake Lounge Miami, may grant cancellation and/or full or partial refunds after orders are fulfilled depending on the circumstances. For orders placed through our website, a credit for the amount will be provided to the client at own discretion. For order cancellation or modification requests, please contact our Customer Service Team by emailing (info@cakeloungemiami.com) We will do our best to accommodate your needs, however, such requests mat not be possible due to the order processing schedule.
7. Care Instructions & recommedations
a. Make sure to transport it in the flattest part of your vehicle, either on the flooboard or if you are riding in an SUV, the flatbed space. Your seats are not a safe place to transport it.
b. Please, keep it away from pets and children.
c. Please, take it directly to the final destination. Every small bump, every slight curve and every stop can damage it.
d. It need to be refrigerated; however, it best enjoyed at room temperature. Please, remember to take it out of the fridge at least 3 hours before enjoying it with your guests. Please, keep in mind that direct sunlight is terrible for it and it need to stay below 75 degrees. If you are keeping it overnight or for a couple of days, please be sure to keep it refrigerated and follow the instructions above. If not, it could melt.

For your custom order, just send us an address and we will be more than happy to provide a quote.
9. Food Allergy Disclaimer
Our bakery offers products that may contain peanuts, tree nuts, soy, dairy, eggs and wheat. While we take steps to minimize the risk of cross contamination (cleaning and sanitization and separating the preparation ares, cooking and storage processes of baked goods made with these allergens), we cannot guarantee that any of our products are 100% safe to consume for people with peanuts, tree nut, soy, milk, egg or wheat allergies. At Cake Lounge Miami, we make every effort to identify ingredients that may cause allergic reactions for those individuals with food allergies. Items marked gluten friendly are made with no gluten containing ingredients. We have strict policies in place to avoid cross contamination. However, there is always a risk of contamination (we cannot guarantee a total absence of these allergens in shared equipment where items are prepared, washed and sanitized). For this to be a guarantee we highly encourage you to seek an allergy free bakery. Customers concerned with food allergies need to be aware of this risk. Cake Lounge Miami will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to food consumed, or items one may come in contact with while eating our products. Please, contact us if you have any specific questions about our ingredients or food handling policies.
